RICS REGISTERED VALUERS

1Why choose Whitestone Commercial?
It is important you get a valuation you can trust. Our surveyors are RICS registered valuers, which ensures they meet the strict guidelines necessary for RICS (the governing body to control quality). We are very friendly and professional and most importantly we provide a quality service. Our reports are detailed with all the important information you will need. We are more than happy to discuss your requirements at the outset and if there are any further queries you would like explained, our surveyor will be able to talk them through with you.
2What is the Valuation Process?
We arrange an inspection to survey your property. Our RICS Valuer carries out the survey. Valuation report completed and sent to you.
3What is the timescale?
This will be agreed at the beginning when we have discussed your requirements. This is because we work with the different needs of our clients. Certain valuations are needed fairly quickly while others are not as urgent. We try to work to your requirements.
4How long does the survey take?
Our surveyor will do his best to be timely. However please be aware that traffic can cause delays. Furthermore, previous appointments can overrun. Usually our surveyor will be with you for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
5What happens during a survey?
Our RICS Registered Valuer will take photos of your property inside as well as outside. They will be measuring up the rooms and garden area whilst noting anything of importance. They may have some queries, but mostly they are looking at the property from a valuer’s standpoint. You do not have to remain at the property while they are busy if you have something to attend to. We are very trustworthy and will lock up if requested.
6How do we charge?
We aspire to be competitive! Please complete our Survey Quote to receive a quotation for the valuation you require. It’s as simple as that. Once we have agreed to complete the valuation, an invoice will follow and the inspection of your property will be carried out. We aim to complete the valuation within the agreed time.
7Which types of property do we deal with?
We cover all types of residential and commercial property including: Detached, semi-detached, terraced and flats as well as retail shops, offices, hotels, workshops etc.
